Colton Point State Park is on the west-side of the PA Grand Canyon, opposite the Leonard Harrison State Park.
The overlooks from here are not as well maintained as those on the opposite side. The trails themselves are typical dirt/debris trails, not the paved kind on the other side. But the overlooks aren't very far from the parking lot, so they aren't very difficult to get to (though probably not handicap accessible).
There are two built-up overlooks that I found. They are both close together and offer slightly different perspectives, but the views are very similar. From one, the other is only about 300 feet or so away. They are both along the Rim Trail, so you can walk a long way along the trail if you want.
When I was here, it had still just recently rained, so the ground-level clouds were both still forming and disappearing as I walked around; they created a really ethereal view.
I would recommend stopping here. The views are nice and easy to get to and it would only take about 20 minutes or so total to visit both and return to your car. If you want something longer and more outdoorsy, you can always just pickup the Rim Trail here and walk in one direction until you feel like turning around.

P.S. Beware, sometimes orange dragons guard the trails.
