The General Kane Trail is located at Kinzua Bridge State Park. The trail varies between packed dirt, loose dirt, and mowed grass. It is a 1.2 mile loop. There are some points of interest listed on the map (11 of them), but most aren't that interesting. The most interesting one is where the tornado touched down in the forest, but it has been 20 years and most of that has grown fairly back in so you would never guess what it was without knowing first.
The trail is fairly flat, but as noted before, the paths aren't super accessible, so for people with disabilities this path would probably be a skip.
Overall, this is a meh. I like it because it is a nice convenient walk at Kinzua Bridge, it gives you an easier outdoorsy option than the gorge trail, but it definitely lacks points of interest. I would suggest doing it if you want something more quiet and peaceful, but other than that you wouldn't miss much by skipping it.
